Block a training day or a machine service. Nafasi suggests holiday closures, and lets you email anyone already booked a link to pick a new time.
Confirmations and reminders
Clear, calm emails with the day and time, sent from your business name. Replies go straight to you. Reminders never name the service.
Clients manage their own bookings
Every client gets a private link to reschedule, cancel within your policy, or add the appointment to their calendar.
Your look, your pages
Add your logo and colors, and pages for your policies, aftercare or story, all on your own booking page.
Visit notes, kept private
Optional notes on each visit, like products used and preferences. Encrypted, never edited after the fact, and every view is logged.
